I really admire my uncle Paul for being such a great cook.My uncle is a retired US navy who is married to my beautiful aunt and stayed here in the Philippines for good.He hadn't taken any culinary course but yet his dishes are just great.Cooked to perfection and tasted like your just in a five star restaurant. What makes his dishes delicious is that he uses real and the best ingredients.And of course added with his passion for cooking for his big loving family.His main dishes are usually lasagna, mashed potato, spaghetti.And then sometimes he makes meatloaf and tacos. | If this is a book this would be the "Bestseller"..this is the best lasagna I have ever tasted. What I like about his lasagna is that it is not commercialized like what you have tasted on restaurants. It's just perfect. |
